Competitors are old and outdated. Pixelated hands type on a mechanical keyboard beneath an old computer, beside paper files and floppy disks. The optional keyboard sound fades with the old scene. A wave of pixels transforms the scene into VentCap’s clear, connected data, AI and software system. We’re innovating.

Separate data sources are brought together into a structured model, then presented as clear charts and reports for business decisions.
A customer enquiry becomes one shared job. Sales, operations and finance turn from Scheduled to Ready to Received as the job reaches each team, with one tick appearing per handoff. The job number advances from 021 to 100 after each full cycle, then starts again at 021.
A project brief becomes a wireframe, connected software modules, and working desktop and mobile interfaces.
A workflow with repeated manual handoffs is mapped and reorganised. Jobs move through a shorter, clearer process with fewer duplicated steps.
A sitemap becomes a business website. Pages assemble, content scrolls, and the desktop layout adapts to a phone with a working enquiry form.
